How does the Scheme work?

1. Complete the registration form and we will send you your unique ordering code, Smart Start Toys leaflets and sample letters to be photocopied for parents/supporters.
2. Make enough copies of the letter for each child’s family/ school supporters in your school/group/club.
3. Staple a leaflet to the letter (or fold together).
4. Send it out to parents / supporters.
5. Try to ‘follow up’ after sending out the leaflets. Ideas which have worked include:
   * Remind parents/ supporters in each school/group newsletter and remember to also include a reminder of the web address and your unique source code.
   * Place a leaflet in prominent places around the school/club house; notice boards; areas where parents/supporters pick up their children etc.
   * Copy additional letters with the source code and hand them out at open days (summer fun days, Christmas Fairs, school concerts, Sports days and so on)
6. At the end of each term we will collate all orders received from your school / group.
7. In the first month of the following term we will send you either gift vouchers at 25% of the value of all orders from your school or a cheque for 10% of the value of all orders within the previous term. (Not inclusive of VAT and P&P).
